Rollone is a blend of Barbera and Pinot Noir (for the percentages refer to the technical sheet of the year of interest), grown in our vineyards in Rocchetta Tanaro. The idea of this blend is to create a balanced and harmonious wine that combines the elegance and aromas of Pinot Noir with the structure and depth of Barbera. Rollone is an immediately pleasant wine, versatile in combinations and also perfect as an aperitif wine.

Tasting notes
Color: intense ruby red.
Aromatic Profile: fruity and floral, there are small red fruits, notes of jasmine and gardenia. Development of tertiary aromas with bottle refinement.
Taste: medium-bodied wine, very harmonious and balanced, with good persistence. Notes of chocolate, black currant, pepper.
