Obtained from Barbera grapes, aged in barriques for up to 18 months


Sant'Emiliano is our interpretation of Barbera in which the use of barriques helps to add complexity and structure to the wine that best represents the Asti Monferrato area. Sant'Emiliano is a wine of great elegance and balance, produced with extraordinary attention to quality, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

  • Tasting notes

    Colour: intense ruby red.

    Olfactory profile: in the early stages of aging in the bottle it still has a very intense and complex fruit (violet, plum, ripe cherry). Subsequently, tertiary notes such as tobacco, cocoa, leather and licorice develop.

    Gustatory profile: powerful, balanced and elegant wine, vibrant, structured by velvety tannins, very persistent.
