INTRODUCTION
These General Conditions of Sale have as their object the regulation of the purchase of products and services, carried out remotely and made available, via the internet, from the website www.marchesiincisawines.it .
We try in every way to satisfy our customers by offering a high quality product.
PRICES
The prices indicated are expressed in EURO and include VAT for the Member States of the European Union.
ORDERS
All payments are made in EURO and include VAT for EU member states. No other amount will be due at the time of delivery.
For all countries outside the European Union (except USA and Hong Kong) the excise duties on wine are charged to the customer and must be paid to the shipper before delivery of the product.
When ordering, please check the accuracy of the data and the delivery address. In case of errors, please notify us promptly to info@marchesiincisawines.it.
SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Our shipments are made with a service operated by IWS Spedizioni.
Delivery times depend exclusively on the times declared by the carrier and are generally 2-5 days for shipments in Italy and 4-15 days for foreign shipments.
If, at the time of delivery, the package should show any damage, sign the courier's document with reserve and we will be able to send you a new product in the shortest possible time.
The customer is required to verify that the products received correspond to those of the order placed.
In case of errors, please notify us promptly to info@marchiincisawines.it .
If the delivered products show defects, the customer must contact us no later than 48 hours from delivery, by sending an email with a photo of the defects found to the following email address: info@marchesiincisawines.it
PAYMENTS AND SECURITY

Payments are made via PayPal.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased on www.marchesiincisawines.it .
The Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta SS farm guarantees 100% reimbursement, with the exception of any local duties and taxes.
The Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta SS farm guarantees the right of withdrawal from the purchase within and no later than 15 days from the delivery date.
The refund will be made no later than 10 days from receipt of the returned goods.
All products without packaging, or with damaged packaging, used or incomplete will not be refunded.

WARRANTY AND CONFORMITY
All the products of the Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta SS farm are guaranteed for 12 months from the delivery date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and does not cover damage due to abuse or normal loss of color and wear and tear of materials.

APPLICABLE LAW
The purchase contract between the customer and the Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta SS farm is to be understood as concluded in Italy and is therefore governed by Italian law and by the community legislation that regulates remote purchases. In the event of any dispute, the competent court will be the Court of Asti.
