LIMITED EDITION LABEL OF SANT'EMILIANO BARBERA D'ASTI SUPERIORE FOR THE ROYAL OPERA HOUSE
Celebrating the red and gold color of the curtains at the Royal Opera House in London, this Limited Edition label was designed in 2020 by Ashley Dean, First Artist of the Royal Ballet, for the Sant'Emiliano Barbera d'Asti Superiore, an elegant and balanced wine that has received prestigious international awards.

For each bottle sold, the Cantine dei Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta will donate 33% of the net price to the Royal Opera House Recovery Campaign.

The Sant'Emiliano Limited Edition label for the Royal Opera House is produced exclusively in 1,000 Magnum bottles and 1,000 wooden boxes of six bottles each. All the bottles are numbered.

The Royal Opera House will reopen to the public on May 17, 2021 but, like the whole arts sector, the damage caused by the pandemic has been very significant. Donations to the Royal Opera House help this prestigious Theater to fully return to their own stages and support their community of artists, freelancers, craftspeople and theatre workers.

ASHLEY DEAN
FIRST ARTIST OF THE ROYAL BALLET
To highlight the link between the Cantine dei Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta and ballet, Ashley Dean, First Artist of the Royal Ballet, created in 2020 the artwork that adorns the Royal Opera House Limited Edition label.
Ashley’s deep understanding of ballet and her artistic sensibility made for a perfect fit for this creative collaboration with the winery Marchesi Incisa della Rocchetta. Ashley comments ‘I have always been equally inspired by drawing and painting as by ballet, so this commission was a dream come true. I aimed to distil the essence of a dancer’s qualities in the drawing, while giving space for the viewer’s imagination. The elements of harmony, balance and elegance all commanded my attention – much like the attributes of good wine!'
