Colpo d’Ala is a blend obtained from highly selected Barbera and Merlot grapes, coming from the best parcels of our vineyards. The result is an elegant and balanced wine, where the structure and pleasant freshness of Barbera are combined with the elegance and roundness of Merlot. The aging in French barriques adds a refined tannic texture to the wine, increasing its elegance and complexity. Colpo d’Ala is a full-bodied and powerful wine, with excellent aging potential.
