Marchesa Barbara Incisa della Rocchetta reorganized and renovated the company in 1990, when she decided to take an active part in the family wine business, previously managed by her father and her brother. She plays a very active role in the wine growing and winemaking, and is truly passionate about it.
Dr. Donato Lanati, an internationally reknowned enologist and winemaker, directs the technical production of the wines. He is also professor of Enology at the University of Turin, and leads Enosis Meraviglia in the town of Cuccaro Monferrato, the most advanced scientific research center for enology and applied winemaking in Italy.
Filiberto Massone Incisa della Rocchetta: handles all of the marketing and sales of the wines produced. Filiberto always strives to develop innovative food and wine programs, to educate, inspire and bring recognition to Monferratto Hills wine region and its indigenous grapes.
Enrico Incisa della Rocchetta: a law graduate with a passion for wine. Enrico has worked for several years consulting for the automotive industry around the world. His international experience turned out to be very useful when he decided to join the winery and help expanding it worldwide.
Stefano Gozzelino, born in 1982 in Canelli, is one of the most talented young winemakers from Piedmont. He combines great technical skills with his passion for viticulture and winemaking. He has been a student of Prof. Donato Lanati with whom he obtained in 2009 a master degree in viticulture and oenology at the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Turin.
After his studies he has made significant work experiences with several wineries in Italy and abroad, especially in Spain and New Zealand.
He is currently managing of his own winery in Costigliole d’ Asti, and he is consulting to research centers and other wineries.
With Marchesi Incisa since 2011, he takes care of the agronomic strategies in the vineyards and he supervises all the stages of the winemaking at the winery.
